今天IT推出了pull printing，就是打印后文档在打印池里，然后你到公司里任何一台联网的空闲打印机操作一下，就可以即时即地打印出来。不错的功能呀！

我们都是监狱里的行尸走肉――三看肖申克的救赎

三看肖片，每一次都有不同的体味。

第一次看是在上学时。彼时当做技术片来看。看的是越狱的巧妙，情节的酣畅。

第二次看是在刚工作时。又看到片子所表现的人性的光辉。对自由的追求。以及完美出逃的喜悦。遂定义为人性片。

第三次看则逢而立之年的转换和困顿时期。大环境方面，则是金融危机后产业萧条和恶性通胀并存，全民炒房和贪污腐败风行的疯狂年代。再观肖片，看到更多的是其中蕴含的人生意义。于是再次惊觉，这不是在讲一个越狱的故事，也不是在讲追求自由的人性之光，它在讲我们每一个人，在这个吃人的社会大监狱中行尸走肉、碌碌无为的一生中应该如何去度过。原来，这是一部生活片。

对很多80后来说，中国经济最好的黄金10年，我们在学校里浑浑噩噩的度过。当我们"被"投向社会的时候，更甚andy被投入监狱。正如肖片所喻，这个社会对于一个"被"不适者、"被"淘汰者，甚至不如一所充满暴力和独裁的监狱！

换言之，这个社会本身就是一所大监狱。我们每个人，都是监狱中的囚徒！

这所监狱不给你任何反抗的机会。哭泣/抱怨――被活活打死；申诉――证据被消灭；抗争――被关禁闭；甚至静静的不惹麻烦，也会被主动上门的恶棍鸡女干，正如你我这样的穷人，开着fiat等红灯的时候，也会被240迈的infinity从屁股后面撞死。

更糟糕的是，这所监狱甚至没有围墙，你想翻墙都无从可翻！因为整个天地都是监狱之内！正所谓，率土之滨，莫非王土。

最终，大多数的人选择了屈服――正像监狱里大多数罪犯那样。于是，在大北京、大上海、每一个大都市，每天早晚高峰，那些被第一或第二性征所区分开的一坨坨肉挤来挤去，毫无尊严和耻辱的界线。面对着经济困境，国家暴力，残酷老板，贪腐官员，我们早已麻木，我们已成行尸走肉。

肖片，哪怕能够再给多一坨肉注入思想和希望，哪怕能够再多唤醒一个麻木的我们，都是一次伟大的救赎！

办公环境的人性化

今天因为办点事，早上没有坐公司始发班车，而是挤地铁。

从国贸上，10号线。

排队排到墙角。

第一辆车，没挤上去。

第二辆车，用力向里挤，挤不上去。

几个人在我后面挤，终于借助外力把自己挤进了车厢里的人缝中。

回望，站台上站着一个大肚子妈妈。

想，看来所谓挤到流产不是笑话。

看车厢里，漂亮姑娘颇有几个。

叹。

世道多艰呀。

这么好的姑娘应该坐在宝马里，欢快地奔驰在挪威的森林的。

人越是多，车越是慢。

差点没赶上中途的班车点。

从人肉堆里挥汗如雨，忽然来到凉风习习的空调大巴里，竟油然生出一分爽快。

这挤死人的公交和地铁，我日日拼搏了也有三四年了。

竟然一段时间的大巴就彻底瓦解了全部的意志力。

真是由俭入奢易，由奢入俭难呀。

至于天天开着小车上班的公务员们，怕是无法体会到民生之多艰吧。

啥子时候，国家主席（或至少北京市长）能够和老百姓一起挤公交、挤地铁上班呢？

啥子时候，开TM两会能够不封路，让人民代表们体会一下北京之堵呢？

回到公司。

如果我以后有了自己的公司：

第一要有班车――管理层开车接送员工；

第二要有餐厅，最好是酒吧格调――管理层站吧台随叫随到高效沟通；

第三要有休息室，最好是屋顶夏威夷和摇摇椅――午休制度化提高下午工作效率。

这样的互联网公司，你想来吗？

Ericsson signed USD 1.8 billion deals with Chinese operators

March 30, 2010

China Mobile and China Unicom have signed 2G/3G frame agreements with Ericsson valued USD1 billion and USD 800 million respectively. The signing ceremony was held in Stockholm on March 29 and was attended by Swedish Deputy Prime Minister Maud Olofsson and Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping who was on an official visit to Sweden.

 

Under the agreement with China Mobile, Ericsson will provide a radio access network including a multi-standard radio base station RBS 6000 and mobile soft-switching technology, which will drastically boost the capacity of the network and evolve it into an IP network. With such solutions, Ericsson will also help China Mobile to achieve their energy saving goals.

 

Under the agreement with China Unicom, Ericsson will provide a faster 3G network with HSPA Evolution technology to secure higher speed and better user experience for consumers. In addition, Ericsson will further expand cooperation with China Unicom in the area of IP and broadband, supplying IP routers, fiber access technologies GPON and 40G WDM as well as IP multimedia subsystem (IMS).

 

These frame agreements will be implemented during 2010.

 

Mats H Olsson, Head of Ericsson Greater China, says: "The signing of the significant frame agreements is a manifestation of our continued strong cooperation with our Chinese customers. We are confident that we will do an even better job in supplying the latest technology and best-in-class services in time to support Chinese operators in fulfilling the demand of this tremendous market growth."

 

The ceremony was also attended by Chang Xiaobing, Chairman of China Unicom; Lu Xiangdong, Vice President of China Mobile; Hans Vestberg, President and CEO of Ericsson and Mats H Olsson, President of Ericsson Greater China.

搞定索爱Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini连接Windows Vista进行开发和调试的usb driver问题

折腾了一周，终于对索爱XPERIA X10 mini的这款原型机连接PC进行开发和调试的问题有了一个初步的结论。记于此。 /After more than a week, I finally get the usb driver of Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini prototype work with connected to laptop PC to develop or debug using adb, etc.

 

环境：/Environment:

1. windows vista

2. Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini (prototype)

 

现象：/Phenomenon:

1. 开启X10 mini的USB debugging /Turn on USB debugging of X10 mini

2. 用micro USB连接线连接到PC /Connect it to PC with micro USB wireline

3. PC端windows vista提示无法安装驱动 /Windows vista will prompt a dialog to say no driver for it

4. 手工选择驱动目录到android SDK的usb_driver目录 /Manually choose usb_driver directory of android SDK to install driver

5. 仍然无法搜索到合适的驱动 /Cannot find proper driver either

 

工具：/Tools:

1. android SDK

2. usbdeview

 

尝试失败的解决方法：/Failed approach ever tried:

1. 从某帖子提供的链接下载X10.zip，这个驱动也无法安装 /Download X10.zip from somewhere and it still doesn't work.

 

解决：/Solution:

1. 连接X10 mini /Connect X10 mini to PC

2. 用usbdeview (以管理员身份运行)，查看其VendorID和ProductID。例如0fce和d137 /Open usbdeview as administrator to note the VendorID and ProductID of X10 mini

3. 修改android SDK的usb_driver目录中的android_winusb.inf /Modify file android_winusb.inf in usb_driver directory of android SDK

在[Google.NTx86]段和[Google.NTamd64]段都加入： /Add the following lines to both section [Google.NTx86] and [Google.NTamd64]:

; Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini

%SingleAdbInterface%        = USB_Install, USB\VID_0FCE&PID_D137

%CompositeAdbInterface%     = USB_Install, USB\VID_0FCE&PID_D137&MI_01

4. 拔下micro USB。重新插入 /Unplug micro USB. Replug it.

5. 手工选择驱动目录到android SDK的usb_driver目录 /Manually choose usb_driver directory of android SDK to install driver

6. windows vista搜索到驱动。安装之。（如果还是找不到，那么把上面的MI_01改成MI_00再重试一下）/Windows vista will find the driver and install. (If it wouldn't, change MI_01 to MI_00 in android_winusb.inf and try again)

7. 可以了。用Android SDK提供的adb工具查看 /Get it! Use adb to check it

遗留问题：/Remaining problems:

1. 连接后不久就会自行offline（时间不固定）。不知道是不是因为驱动不够稳定/兼容。/Sometimes after the connection, it will go offline. I'm not sure if it's because of the not so good compatible driver.
临时性的解决方案就是重插USB线。还不行就拔线后用usbdeview删除驱动然后再重插。/The temporary solution is to replug the micro USB wireline. If it doesn't work, unplug, uninstall drivers using usbdeview, and replug.

2. USB Mass storage不正常。插入的microSD卡不能被export成PC的磁盘来访问。 /USB Mass storage cannot be used. microSD card of X10 mini cannot be exported to PC disk for accessing.

 

Tip: 关于inf文件 / About inf file

最关键的文件就是安装到 C:\Windows\inf\oemNNN.inf的这个文件。NNN=数字。/The key file is C:\Windows\inf\oemNNN.inf , where NNN is a number.

在安装驱动之后还可以修改这个文件。不重启机器而使修改生效的方法是： /After driver installation, we can modify this file. The way to modify it and make it take effect without rebooting windows is as follows:

1. 拷贝一个备份。修改备份。/Copy the inf file to your desktop

2. 把修改后的备份拷贝回inf目录，覆盖原来的文件。/Modify. Copy the modified inf back to the inf dir, and replace the old one.

3. 拔下micro USB线 /Unplug micro USB wireline.

4. 用usbdeview删除所有VendorID=0fce的条目（使用uninstall driver）。/Open usbdeview. Uninstall all drivers with VendorID=0fce for example.

5. 重新插入micro USB线。 /Replug micro USB.

6. windows vista会根据新inf安装驱动。/Windows vista will reinstall the drivers based on the modified inf file.

巴菲特认为股票的内在资本回报率为12%左右。

 

为了提高资本回报率，只有五种方式：

1）提高周转率，也就是销售额与总资产的比。 - 资产不变，销售额增加。

2）廉价的债务杠杆                         - 低息贷款。

3）更高的债务杠杆                         - 借更多的债

4）更低的所得税                           - 减税

5）更高的运营利润率                       - 提高利润率

 

除此之外，别无他法。

 

但是，通胀条件下所有的五种方法都无效。所以资本回报率无法提高。由于通胀使其他投资方式回报增加，股票吸引力下降。股票投资者受损。
